Hi, being a personal trainer I do exclusive one to one sessions in London and Essex.
I like to work with clients who are really ready for change and are willing to give it their all.
My way of training is quite intense but for a shorter duration, this way it reduces the length of time the body is under stress which is important when going through hormonal changes, or other stressors like work or lack of sleep.
I do not take on a lot of clients as I like to be able to devote my time and focus on each individual, planning each workout in depth and helping them to reach their goals.
